We hope you’re pleased with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the package.
- Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Pack the item back in its original dustbag and ensure that it is well cushioned for the delivery journey.
- Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to: Hoola Hoola Pte Ltd, 387 Joo Chiat Road, #04-06 Singapore 427623
- Your return will be processed within 5 working days from the day we receive your parcel.
- Your package must include an order invoice or the email confirmation from us.
- All Hoola Hoola merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused in its dust bag(s) and with tags/labels still attached. Hoola Hoola reserves the rights to reject returns which are deemed unfit for sale.
- The returned package is shipped no later than 14 days of receipt of the package.
- Return postage fees will be borne by the customer. (Please send the return via traceable modes as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.)
- Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email from us confirming the completion of return processing on our end. Please note that the processing time for refund after our approval is dictated by card issuers. Shipping postage, duties and taxes, if any, WILL NOT be reimbursed.
- Sale items are FINAL and hence are not returnable. Discounted items bought using discount codes are returnable.
We do not offer any product exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder your preferred item(s).
